Cornell University

The student-led Take Back the Tap initiative presented a resolution to the Cornell Student Assembly to phase out bottled water sales on camus, which was passed in November of 2010.

The student led campaign, Take Back the Tap, succesfully ended bottled water sales on the Humboldt campus effective September 2010. As bottles are phased out, increased education on campus will take place, and new students will be given a voucher for a new refillable mug or canteen when they arrive on campus.
